Possessing a curiosity of design, I began my career in Art and Creative Direction and then got into User Experience. An innate problem solver, I view the big picture before diving into the details.
My ability to see things creatively as well as analytically are what give me added insight. This serves me when communicating with internal and external business partners to best meet their needs.
I’m a natural leader and enjoy mentoring employees; my approach is holistic. By discovering an individual’s personal desires and strengths, I empower them to develop and further advance in those areas.
I flourish in an environment where I am working with others to solve problems in a variety of mediums. This keeps me relevant, constantly growing and excited about the next opportunity.
Finally, I love the ocean and wellness. Exercise, eating well and paying kindness forward are my daily fuel.
